KYIV, June 2 – President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree that enacts the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine (NSDC) decision to enhance the process of peaceful settlement in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"In accordance with Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I decide to put into effect the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine (NSDC) decision on some issues of enhancing the process of peaceful settlement of the situation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, dated June 2, 2021," according to the text of the document released on the president's website.
