KYIV, June 2 – Apartment prices in Ukraine in January-May increased by an average of 3-7%, President of the Association of Realtors of Ukraine (ASNU) Yuriy Pita has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Despite the quarantine, there have been no significant price fluctuations in the market since the beginning of the year. The highest price increase was recorded in the segment of "social housing" in the secondary market (small-sized apartments with an area of up to 50 square meters in Soviet-era buildings), as well as for one-, two-room apartments in new buildings," Pita said.
