KYIV, May 26 – Kyiv Sikorsky International Airport, which passenger traffic in 2020 fell by 73%, to 704,500 people, hopes to more than double it this year to about 1.5 million people, Chairman of the Board of Directors Denys Kostrzhevsky said.
On the sidelines of the celebration of the 97th anniversary of the airport, he said that restrictions for Ukrainians maintained by the European Union remain the main obstacle to the passenger traffic growth.
