KYIV, May 26 – The Ukrainian real estate market is at a stable level with an upward trend, President of the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine Yuriy Pita has said at the Urban and Countryside Real Estate-2021 forum.

"The number of transactions is growing every year. According to the Ministry of Justice, 87,279 transactions with real estate were carried out in the first quarter of 2019, some 95,509 in the same period in 2020, and 111,276 transactions in the first quarter of this year," Pita said.
