KYIV, May 21 – United Mining and Chemical Company (UMCC), which manages Vilnohirsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) and Irshansk Mining and Processing Plant (Zhytomyr region), warns of a possible breakdown the privatization process as a result of news about the alleged supply of ilmenite concentrate through the Kavkaz port to enterprises located in the occupied territories, as well as the sale of the company's products at reduced prices.

According to a Friday press release from the UMCC, this information is untrue and is intended to damage the reputation of the state-owned enterprise and disrupt its privatization.
