KYIV, May 12 – Formed oligarchic groups, through their "proper" staff, incorporated into the government, privatized sectors of the domestic economy: gas, chemical, energy, oil refining – and "extended their tentacles" to the lucrative agricultural sector, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov said.

"In my opinion, according to preliminary estimates, there are 13 people in Ukraine who can be classified as oligarchs. The main feature of this group is the influence on the government [...]," he wrote on Facebook, commenting on his message about the NSDC "confidently" classifying 13 oligarchs.
