KYIV, May 12 – The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has filed a claim seeking its ownership rights to a part of the Samara-Western Direction trunk petroleum product pipeline, the SPF reported Wednesday.

The claim was filed in an effort to defend the interests of the state on the basis of materials received by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) during the investigation of criminal proceedings in respect of the deliberately inaccurate conclusion of an expert, judging by which the court in 2017 invalidated the ownership right of the state to a part of the pipeline.
