KYIV, April 26 – Ukraine’s Finance Ministry on Monday announced pricing of its new $1.25 billion Eurobond issue due 2029 on international capital markets that was priced at 6.875% annual yield, the ministry reported.
The new issue is expected to be rated ‘B’ by Standard & Poor’s and ‘B’ by Fitch. Settlement of the new issue is expected to take place on April 30.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan acted as joint bookrunners.
