KYIV, April 23 – Ukrainian Parliament will consider a bill that is aimed at stimulating production of lithium, cobalt, nickel for batteries, according to several lawmakers. The bill No. 5390 has been registered in the legislature.

According to the information on the website of the parliament, its authors were a group of MPs from the Servant of the People faction, in particular Oleh Seminsky, Oleksandr Horobets, Yevhen Pyvovarov, as well as a representative of the Dovira group, Andriy Kit.
