KYIV, April 22 – S&P Global Ratings has downgraded Ukrainian railroad company Ukrzaliznytsia from "B-" to "CCC" on increased refinancing risk.

Ukrzaliznytsia's $116 million loan with a local bank matures on May 30, but the company has so far failed to secure refinancing to make the payment despite ongoing talks with many lenders.
