KYIV, April 21 – The customs index in the second half of 2020 reached 3.08 points (on a 5-point scale), which is the lowest indicator since 2019, and compared to the first half of last year by 0.29 points, the European Business Association (EBA) reported based on the results of an expert research conducted with the participation of 85 representatives of its member companies.
"The business slightly worsened the assessment of the work of customs authorities in the second half of 2020, although since 2019 the sentiments of customs experts remained conceptually unchanged.
