KYIV, April 16 – The total volume of investments in the logistics sector of Ukraine in 2020 was critically low at $4.3 million, which is 86% less than in 2019, Natalia Sokyrko, the Head of Industrial and Logistics Brokerage at CBRE Ukraine, has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and market instability, investors were in a state of anticipation. The only deal on the market was the purchase of Falbi Pharm Logistics Complex (13,800 square meters) by Dragon Capital Investments Ltd., which became the eleventh logistics facility and the first pharmaceutical in the company's portfolio," Sokyrko said.
