KYIV, April 16 – Some 28 major retailers with a total area of about 850,000 square meters are announced to be opened in 2021-2023, Head of UTG Strategic Consulting Department Kostiantyn Oliynyk said.

Most of the openings are planned in Kyiv: in 2021 – Respublika mall (135,000 square meters), XiT Mall (10,000 square meters), and Standart One (2,500 square meters), in 2022 – BalticSky, New Ray, April Mall, Lukianivka mall and White Lines.
