KYIV, April 15 – A controlling stake in aircraft engine maker Motor Sich was sold, illegally, for more than $700 million via an offshore transaction, David Arakhamia, the head of President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s group in Parliament, said.

The money that was used to purchase the stake was apparently provided by Chinese state banks, while the purchase made without permission from the Antimonopoly Committee, he said.
