KYIV, March 26 – The state-owned enterprise Electrotyazhmash plant (Kharkiv) expects to receive an order for the supply of equipment for the modernization of power plants in Iraq in the amount of more than $50 million under the program of renovation of power plants in this country, funded by the United States of America (U.S.).
According to the press release of the enterprise, the memorandum on participation in the program, the total cost of which will be up to $1.2 billion, was signed on Friday by acting director general of Electrotyazhmash Viktor Busko and representatives of the Czech company, which acts as the general contractor in the implementation of the project.
