KYIV, March 29 – The average rental price for apartments in Kyiv was $10 per square meter, which is $1 less than in January of this year, Director of City Development Solutions Roman Herasymchuk reported.

"The rental market for residential real estate in Kyiv in February showed a slight decrease in the median price per square meter. At the same time, the median rental price in Holosiyivsky district grew by 10%, Desniansky and Obolonsky – by 5%. A decrease is seen in Podilsky and Shevchenkivsky districts," Herasymchuk.
