KIEV, Oct. 4 ??“ The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering issuing a $150 million credit to EkoEnergia, a company founded by Donetsk-based Industrial Union of Donbas and Alchevsk Metallurgical Mill in Luhansk region, to purchase co-generation equipment as a part of the mill's reconstruction.

The bank said on Tuesday that its board of directors plans to discuss the issue on Nov. 7.
