KYIV, March 18 – Ukraine wants to become a pilot project for SpaceX’s satellite network Starlink in Europe and to test its ground infrastructure, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

"We want to join the pilot project and will do everything that is needed to build a base station, which is necessary to participate in this project," Fedorov said Thursday.
