KIEV, Oct. 4 ??“ Creative, a part of Kirovohrad-based Creative Industrial Group, and Russia's Protein Production, on Oct. 5 will start building a soybean processing plant in Kirovohrad region with a production capacity of 100,000 tons per year, in which they would own 51% and 49% stakes respectively.

The press service of CJSC Creative told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday that the launch of the plant is scheduled for October 2007. The annual volume of sales is estimated at $70 million, which would pay for the cost of the building the plant in three years.
