KYIV, March 5 – Ukraine will open an embassy in Ghana to strengthen the country’s presence in Africa, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.
"The embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Ghana will be created, this is in line with our course for the gradual strengthening of Ukraine's positions in Africa," Kuleba said at an online briefing on Friday.
The Ukrainian embassy in the Republic of the Philippines will also be opened. "The country is very difficult, we need to work with it in order to make it more favorable to Ukrainian initiatives in international organizations, primarily in the UN. In addition, we went to the Philippines, because we see a great interest of Ukrainian business for trade with this country," the minister said.
