KYIV, March 1 – As of March 1, coal stocks at the warehouses of Ukrainian thermal power plants (TPPs) increased by 41.4% compared to the beginning of the previous week (February 22), to 425,600 tons, Ukrenergo reported on its website on Monday.
"Over the past week, for the first time in recent periods, almost all days at the TPP warehouses more coal was accumulated than burned. In particular, on average over the past ten days, supplies amounted to 76,800 tons, and consumption – 63,200 tons," the company said in a message.
