KYIV, Feb 4 – A number of Chinese companies suspended investments in Ukraine after the country had imposed sanctions on a Chinese group seeking to acquire an aerospace firm, Anna Derevyanko, executive director of European Business Association, said.

Ukraine imposed sanctions on Skyrizon, which has been seeking to acquire Motor Sich, a major producer of aircraft engines, without securing proper approvals from the Ukrainian authorities.
