KIEV, Sept. 28 ??“ The national nuclear energy generating company EnergoAtom, the nuclear power plant operator in Ukraine, is preparing its water-cooled reactors to operate in maneuver mode, according to EnergoAtom First Vice President and Technical Director Yuriy Kovrizhkin.

"We expect that from six to eight reactors will operate in maneuver mode," he told the press after a roundtable on the results and prospects for the cooperation between the company and Russia's Tvel Corporation, held on Wednesday as a part of the fourth international forum on the present and future of the Ukrainian fuel and energy complex.
