KYIV, Jan 29 – At a meeting with the mayors and the leadership of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, it was agreed that local tariffs for heat and hot water would not rise, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

"I urge the local authorities, whose powers include precisely these issues, to take this responsibly, with the thought primarily of ordinary people, ordinary Ukrainians," the head of state said in a video message posted on his Facebook page on Friday morning.
