KYIV, Jan 25 – Oil transit through Ukraine by pipeline to European countries and Belarus decreased by 0.4% (by 54,500 tons) in 2020 compared to 2019, to 13.07 million tons, according to the data of Ukrtransnafta.
"Due to the coronavirus [COVID-19] pandemic, the consumption of petroleum products and, accordingly, the demand for oil in the world market have significantly decreased,” Head of the oil division of the Naftogaz Group and Ukrtransnafta CEO Mykola Havrylenko said.
