KIEV, Sept. 28 ??“ Ukraine??™s Constitutional Court was asked on Thursday to intervene in the growing dispute between President Viktor Yushchenko and Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych over supremacy in domestic and foreign policy.

The Cabinet of Ministers asked the court to rule on whether the government should implement presidential decrees that lack approval from the prime minister, according to Ivan Dombrovskiy, the head of the court.
