KIEV, Sept. 27 ??“ The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of appeals by AeroSvit Airlines against a March 9 ruling by the Higher Economic Court that determined as illegal agreements on purchasing land plots and property at Boryspil Airport, and sent them for hearings at Kiev Regional Economic Court, AeroSvit told Interfax-Ukraine.

AeroSvit said that the court chamber for economic lawsuits in the Supreme Court issued the ruling on Tuesday and cancelled other rulings of economic courts of lower levels on these suits.
