KYIV, Jan 15 – Ukraine warned potential investors that any transaction in Russia-annexed Crimea involving state-owned Ukrainian assets will be legally deemed ‘null and void.’

The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories issued the warning following media reports that Russia plans to sell the Koktebel vintage wines and cognacs producer at an auction.
