KIEV, Sept. 26 ??“ The increase of export oil duty by Russia on Oct. 1 to $237.6 per ton will not impact the Ukrainian fuel market, TNK-BP Commerce Ltd. Director General Feliks Luniev believes.

According to Luniev, the oil price for the Ukrainian market is formed on the basis of world stock indices for oil, and the Russian oil export duty has virtually no direct influence on Ukraine.
