KIEV, Sept. 26 ??“ Kiev Economic Court has rejected an appeal by the State Property Fund against Prydniprovia industrial and financial consortium to return a bare majority stake in Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant in Dnipropetrovsk region, and fully satisfied a counter-claim by the consortium against the fund to recognize Prydniprovia as the fair buyer of the plant.

According to a Prydniprovia announcement issued on Monday, the consortium said that the Sept. 22 ruling is in line with Ukrainian laws and its constitution.
