KYIV, Dec 10 – The European Business Association (EBA) has sent a letter to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine and MPs with an appeal to reduce the number of documents required for the production of groundwater for producers of drinking and mineral water.

According to a message on the association's website, now for the extraction of groundwater, including mineral water, the enterprise must obtain a special permit for the use of subsoil. However, this permit does not yet allow to start mining, because in addition the subsoil user needs to obtain a number of documents that to a certain extent duplicate the information contained in the special permit for the use of subsoil.
