KYIV, Dec 9 – European Business Association warned on the government to avoid arbitrary and vague rules during upcoming coronavirus lockdowns amid concerns from businesses the rules may be abused by corrupt officials.

The government is expected to declare a three-week lockdown in January, but the degree of the lockdown is yet to be defined by the government and will depend on the scale of the pandemic.
