KYIV, Dec 8 – Ukraine is negotiating with Turkey on the possibility of creating a joint launch vehicle and commercializing the missile industry, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Strategic Industries Oleh Urusky told Radio Liberty.

"We are now looking for serious partners, including talking with the Republic of Turkey, about the possibility of commercializing the missile industry in terms of jointly creating launch vehicles so that we can launch from the territory of third countries," he said.
