KYIV, Nov 25 – Ukrainian IT market has been recovering so quickly with demand growing 50% in July through September that companies have started to complain about person el shortages, GlobalLogic said.

"The Ukrainian IT market is recovering quickly,” GlobalLogic said. “There is shortage of qualified personnel.”

GlobalLogic is the largest software developer in Ukraine that employs more than 4,500 specialists in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv and Mykolaiv.
