KYIV, Nov 25 – The Ministry of Infrastructure is preparing new public private partnership (PPP) projects to build infrastructure across the country.
The Ministry of Infrastructure said Tuesday it picked Ernst & Young LLC to select advisors to prepare a feasibility study and tender documentation for a new concession project in the port of Chornomorsk in Odesa region.
"As part of the ferry concession in the port of Chornomorsk, we plan to attract investments from UAH 150 million, which will be used to modernize the port's railway-ferry complex. According to the results of the tender for the selection of advisors to the preparation of a feasibility study of the project, which we announced in August this year, the winner is Ernst & Young. We plan to develop the required documentation as soon as possible in order to announce the concession tender in the first half of next year," Minister of Infrastructure Vladyslav Krykliy said.
