KYIV, Nov 24 – The European Energy Community (EEC) called on Ukraine to quickly introduce constitutional amendments that would ensure independence of the national regulatory commission to address serious corruption concerns.

The call comes as the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) of Ukraine has been named by the government as a ‘central executive body’ can only serve as a temporary solution.
