KYIV, Nov 23 – Ukraine reduced duty on imports of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) suspension and polyethylene to 12.4% from 18% next year, the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade reported Monday.

The duty is designed to help Ukraine’s largest petrochemical company, Karpatnaftokhim LLC, which has been struggling over years unable to compete with cheaper imports.
