KIEV, Sept. 21 ??“ Kiev-based grain trader Allseeds Ukraine, a large operator on the sunflower seed and oil market, plans to build a $6.5 million all-purpose cargo terminal to transship sunflower oil, the company announced on Thursday.

The terminal, with designed capacity of 1.1 million tons a year, is scheduled to open at the end of 2007.
