KYIV, Nov 12 – Ukraine may be able to create 100,000 new jobs within the next five years in the taxi sector if the government agrees to accelerate reforms, a senior official at Uber, a ride-sharing platform, said Thursday.

The reform would allow foreign investors, like Uber, provide financing and helping drivers to buy new cars that will improve safety and spur tourism activities in Ukraine, generating more revenue from car sharing platforms.
