KYIV, Nov 6 – Velta, which controls extraction of titanium-containing ores in Kirovohrad region, plans to invest $270 million to build a titanium powder plant in Ukraine using its own innovative technology.

"The industrial titanium complex is a patented innovative method, a 'green' concept of zero emissions, reindustrialization - the construction of the Novomyrhorod mine on the industrial site of the closed in 1995 mine, the renovation includes the construction of a mini-city next to the new complex," the company said.
