KYIV, Nov 6 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny Executive Board Chairman Andriy Kobolev does not believe in the interest of investors in the privatization of state-owned combined heat power plants (CHPPs) because of the existing debts to the companies for supplied natural gas.

"I think it [privatization] is now impossible. For one simple reason – these CHPPs owe us UAH 1 billion. Which investor will buy the CHPP with a billion in debt?" he said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
