KYIV, Nov 4 – The cost of rental apartments increased, on average, by 2-26% in Kyiv in July-September compared to the previous quarter, in Odesa by 10-17% in a number of districts, while in Lviv prices are declining by 4-7%, according to the analysts of OLX Real Estate.
"With the introduction of the adaptive quarantine, prices for long-term rent increased 2-26% in Kyiv. The most significant rise in prices is observed for one-room apartments – by 6-26%, depending on the district. In comparison, two- and three-room apartments did not increase in price so much – only by 2-12% and 4-12%, respectively," OLX said in a press release.
