KYIV, Nov 3 – The Ukrainian government expects challenging negotiations on trade in metallurgical products as part of the renewal of the agreement with the EU and the Green Deal on trade with the EU, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Association Olha Stefanishyna said.
"A complicated set of issues is trade in metallurgical products, since there are issues that are outside the framework of the agreement, that is, there are certain duties established for Ukrainian products. This is a more complex issue. It is clear that the European market is interested in maximizing protection. There will be challenging negotiations, but they will definitely be held," she said during an online interview with "Trade Wars: the Art of Defense" on Tuesday.
