KYIV, Nov 4 – Cushman & Wakefield has signed a subcontract agreement with the consulting firm KPMG Ukraine - an advisor on preparation for privatization and sale of 100% of the authorized capital of First Kyiv Machine-Building Plant, previously known as Bolshevik plant, - on the preparation of the analysis of best use of the facility.
"Cushman & Wakefield did not take part in the tender for the selection of an advisor for the preparation for the privatization and sale of Bolshevik, but was hired as a subcontractor to carry out work on the development of an analysis of the best use of this facility," two real estate consultants told Interfax-Ukraine.
