KYIV, Oct 30 – Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy and the South Korean KT (KT Corporation) have signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the implementation of Smart Grid technologies in Ukraine.

According to the ministry, the memorandum signed on Friday stipulates cooperation in the field of "smart metering" of electricity.

KT Corporation operates in the communications and information technology industry and is the largest provider of integrated wired and wireless telecommunications services in South Korea.
