KYIV, Oct 29 - There is a high level of concentration in the agricultural insurance market of Ukraine, in fact, the top 10 insurance companies account for 95% of premiums, Olha Maksymchuk, the director of the department for supervision of the non-banking financial services market of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), said.

She said 65 insurers are licensed to insure agricultural risks. At the same time, about 30 operate, 13 of them regularly make payments. The average annual market volume is UAH 250 million.
