Third round of talks with Iran needed on downed Boeing compensation
Journal Staff Report

KYIV, Oct 28 – A substantive conversation about when and how Iran will pay compensation to the relatives of those killed as a result of the downing of a Boeing 737-800 of Ukraine International Airline (UIA) will take place during the third round of talks between the countries, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said.

"We hope that during the third round of talks there will already be a substantive conversation about when and how compensation will be paid. However, frankly speaking, I would not reduce this story to money, because the issue of justice, punishment of those who committed this crime is broader," Kuleba told Interfax-Ukraine in an exclusive interview.
