KYIV, Oct 27 – The Ukrainian government’s policy currently is favoring rich and powerful businessmen rather than helping the middle class or poor, believe most of Ukrainians polled in a survey by the Razumkov Center.

At least 36.8% of respondents said the policy was helping the rich, while only 27.8% said the policy was helping the poor and 21.2% said the policy was good for the middle class, according to the survey. 14.1% said it was hard to answer.
