KYIV, Oct 27 – Russia’s annexation of the Crimea peninsula has increased risk to trade in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea due to expanded military and naval activities, the Ukrainian Independent Maritime Trade Union (UIMTU) said.

The risk also includes contamination by radioactive substances, ground contamination in Sevastopol, port for the Russian Black Sea Navy, and other coastal cities, pollution from ships.
