KYIV, Oct 1 – Skyrizon, a subsidiary of Beijing Xinwei Technology Group, and the DCH Group of Ukrainian businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky submitted an updated joint application to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on September 23 seeking to purchase PJSC Motor Sich, Xinwei said in a statement on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

According to the report, the committee informed the companies on August 20 that their application of August 4 required additional materials, work on which had been carried out, and now the updated application is in the committee.
